Having trouble with an existing network?

Let's get it back up and working. Many wireless networks can be repaired using the following steps.

1. First, unplug the modem and router. If you have only one of these devices, unplug it.
2. After a minute, plug the modem back in.
3. When the lights on the modem settle, plug the router back in.
4. When the lights on the router settle, try your wireless network again.
5. You may be asked to enter your security code or passphrase.
